Got a fresh install of XBMC 13.2 and the PVR repo wont install load. tried force refresh.
Is it working at the moment or down?

What OS are you using? The PVR addons are generally not installed through the addon repository - on Windows you install them when you install XBMC, on Linux you use the system package manager to install them.

I found the issue. it was a build from the manufacture of the Android box and it was missing this. Got the official xbmc.org one. They are fixing.
