No idea. You should contact whoever you bought it off for support.

Having said that, if you know how to use a multimeter properly, the first thing I would do is check the PSU is actually putting out voltage - you may be lucky and find it isn't, in which case replacing the PSU would fix it.

If there is an internal fuse, its very likely to be a surface mount component, and not the sort you can change yourself.

give more details, maybe a reflash is ok to solve it

If there's no light AND it doesn't work, then I would try a different power supply. They are notoriously unreliable.

The power adaptor and plug was found to be u/s so foolishly I fitted a standard plug to the lead which was 240v and I guess I blew the unit or the fuse in the unit...
The light in the unit is now red not blue.
