I recently noticed that some of my recently added movies are disappearing after watching them from the library on xbmc 13.2. But if I use Yatse the movie is still there. How can I fix this issue. Thanks..

Is the "hide watched" option enabled?

Well I cleared out the data and cache for the app and everything is showing up again. I guess I must have had that option checked katsup.
