Dear folks,

As the title says, my XBMC suddenly stopped buffering when the video stream is paused. It will only buffer the cache while the stream is playing, so if the stream is too slow, that's useless.

It doesn't matter which video addon I use, the problem remains. I could not find any threads reporting this same issue.

I uninstalled XBMC and deleted all related files (appdata and register). After installing XBMC again I still have the same issue.

My configuration:

XBMC 13.2 compiled AUG 17, 2014
Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 build 7601
Core i7 2.4 GHz, 4 GB RAM

which addons you are talking about? Youtube?

Yes, Youtube also and all the others I use, 1channel, icefilms, mash up etc...

Yes, for us with slower connections it would be nice if the buffering were better. I've tried software and hardware but there's no difference to speak of. Doesn't seem to do much and stops frequently to rebuffer while watching.
