Linux Resample Audio with Pitch Correction
#1
In my grand googling, I haven't come up with any definitive answer if the following can be done:

My lovely TV only supports 24,30,59, and 60Hz. I have a ton of PAL content running at 25fps. I'm really happy with the results of running at 24Hz with audio resample, however the 4% pitch drop is just enough to be noticeable.

Is there any way to add in extra processing to pitch up the audio buffer when playing 25Hz content?

I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 with Gotham.

Nope.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
