i apologize if i post this in the wrong area its late and this seemed appropriate

my problem comes from my isp has no static ip's therein i have a dynamic dns service and a host my brain being fried i cant seem to figure out how to put such information into mediadog also port forwarding how does that work with my dyn dns service

these are my services that i want to work together

mediadog - android app
noip.com - dyn dns service
sickbeard
couchpotato
headphones
vuze
vuze remote - android app

im extremely exhausted but i need to get this done by morning
