Wow that looks amazing!!

I don't really have anything to add that hasn't been said already, but here's a link that might be helpful. I used it when I was building my room and found it pretty helpful.

Hey guys, so everything is now finished when it comes to the room. Now all that's left is the electronics! Its true good things happen to those who wait because I am eyeing the new Epson LS10000 projector, can't wait for some decent reviews to come out for it.

Wow its been a couple of months since my last post. How time flies. Still waiting on that pesky Screen Innovation Black Diamond Projector screen, however things have been finalized pretty much, everything else has been ordered with the exception of the blu-ray player which I am still on the fence on given the new blu ray format is coming out after the summer.

Anyways here is what I bought so far.

The brains of the operation will be a Marantz 8802 Pre-Amplifier

The speaker setup is going to be 11.1 with Paradigm Studio 100's for the fronts, studio 60's for the wides, studio 690 for the centre, studio 20s for everything else, and the sub is a signature Sub 1.

To power the studio 20s I will be using a Anthem PVA 7 Amplifier. To power the fronts, wides, and center I will be using a Anthem A5.

The projector I ended up getting is the new Sony VW300ES AKA VW350ES in the USA.

Everything is paid for but not here yet (with the exception of some of the speakers). If all goes to plan the electronics should all be here mid march. Doesn't mean anything without that screen though Tongue.

Hopefully my next update for you guys will be of the completed room with everything setup running the latest version of Kodi Big Grin

A little over 6 months since my first post and my project is finally complete...I got to say guys. It was definitely worth the wait. The sony paired with a screen innovation black daimond screen turned out to be abeast when it comes to PQ. The paradigm speakers paired with a Marantz 8802 pre-amp are out of this world as well.
