it is possible to run IPTV Simple Client + and other one like NextPVR on 1 Xbmc install

If yes how ?

I have a Wintv HVR 850 I like to use and still Keep my simple Client

It is possible, you just enable both. There are some bugs though, such as both addons not always starting.
