Hi all,

Am fairly new to this site and software, I have a quick question am sure someone can answer no problem. What effect does streaming tv and movies from xbmc have on monthly Internet limit. Does streaming tv and movies use up this allowance or how does it work?

If you have your own content, stored on your own network, there is very little impact, just a small amount of data from scraping move information and images.

it will use the same as if you are downloading the content to your hard drive. so yes, it will go against your allowance.
