It's hard to say when this first started happening, but when I am playing back a video file of any type it hangs to buffer at random points.

I think it has something to do with following lines that pop up in the log quite frequently.

ANy help would be great. I've messed around with the audio sync settings and render method, but nothing seems to fix the problem.

Would have been better if you pasted the full log. Cutting logfiles isnt recommended
