I'm using Xbmc 13.1 on a STB (a9Cortex). I've just installed TVADDONS repo, and whenever I start XBMC i get their splash screen instead of the old XBMC one. I tried to change it from the media, but the Splash.png from the media it's the original one, the old XBMC, exactly the one I need to show at boot. There is not TVADDONS png splash in the media folder. I don't know where it resides or which settings or xml I should change.

nothing from TVADDONS is supported here. Your only option is completely wipe it from your box

I don't know if they've changed things, but the last time something like this happened people had to basically reinstall a fresh copy of XBMC/Kodi in order get everything back to normal. It's possible to pick through things so you don't have to nuke all your settings and library, but as you've discovered, they made the modifications in non-standard ways, so it might take some time.
