my xbmc is locked. my mouse curser disappear.allso on the top right side shows the speaker off. Deleted the program and re install it several times still have the same problem. By re installing the program when open up program its comes up like if it was not deleted.

You're only deleting the program, not the user files. The speaker is likely muted because it's muted on your system even when you reinstall the program.

how do you delete the file to start all over?

You need to delete all your user files as well as the program. But the problem is not in your installation. You either have your speakers muted, the volume on XBMC turned all the way down or an incorrect audio setup in the XBMC settings.
