Also, is there a way of adding shortcuts like youtube app for example to the home page?

First question: Keep pressing up or left dependant on which view you are in.

Second question: Yes, it's called 'My Menu' and you can find if in the main menu customisation screen.

It works! So many views to choose from I'm now tinkering with the my menu options, thanks so much.
