I have a Toshiba Laptop with windows 8.1 and XBMC I'm trying to get the XBMC to stream wireless to my Panasonic Viera TV DLNA.
XBMC icon shows up on the TV with two folders video and music I also have another folder that shows up from my computer where
I have my other videos stored they play just fine. Has anyone configured like this?

Just plug the laptop into the TV with an HDMI cable.

Most TVs are limited in what formats/codecs they support.
