I've searched around the web, but I couldn't find a good way to upgrade my XBMCBuntu Gotham 13.0 to Kodi 14. Can I completely uninstall Gotham, and install Kodi over it? But to do that, i'll have to configure everything again? Like autostart on boot, etc?

You can upgrade but you need to upgrade the underlying Ubuntu version first using https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EOLUpgrades

no system upgrade needed if you originally installed xbmcbuntu 13. Just wait till Kodi is final, then run
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
