Quite a few skins feature a clock on all views, Xperience1080 is one of them but there are plenty to choose from.

HI!
I don't find a setting to enable the clock all the time.
In the Menu i can see the clock everywhere that's true, but during watching TV or a Movie there is no clock. :/
any idea?

You probably won't find a skin that automatically shows the clock even when playing a video. That's not something most folks probably want. To get what you want you would have to modify the skin and add the information that displays the clock into the part that shows the videos. It's not necessarily hard, but it isn't going to be easy if you aren't somewhat familiar with the skin layout and XML.

It's actually dead easy. If you can wait a few days until I am back from holidays I can help you to do it in your favorite skin.
Be advised, almost every skin toggles it when the info key is pressed on the remote during video playback.
