What has this got to do with a RPi specifically ?
There are two active Pandora Music add-ons, you will likely have more luck over there asking in the appropriate thread.

If you're asking about the original Pandora addon, it actually is at least somewhat Pi related, as the Pi seems to be a bit too slow for the addon's settings. See:
