How do I fix a situation where most of the skins on the list are incompatible. Gotham 13.2. When I go to System/Appeaarance, click on the default skin, and choose Get More, most of the skins are marked incompatible.

Try to do a force refresh from the XBMC Add-ons repository context menu and wait for it to finish.
