It could be the mycloud. Try turning off iTunes and the media sharing option. Also, I find I have to reboot my fire TV once in a while. I was having buffering last week until I rebooted.

my kodi 14.2 was working great on my android box until i upgraded to kodi 15.0 . now i have buffering issues. the advancesettings are the same, didn't change a thing. it looks like kodi is ignoring this file. Has any one fix this problem?
