A couple of days ago I started Set a default keyboard layout in Kodi 14 (RC3) and now I'm posting the same here as a feature request. Basically I want an option to set a default keyboard layout when you have more than one layout.

It is really nice to be able to change keyboard layouts in Kodi, but I would like to set a layout as default.

If I add the Swedish layout, it is listed as "English QWERTY, Swedish QWERTY" and I get English as default in the virtual keboard. Sometimes I like to enter cyrillic characters and if I add Russian then the list of layouts becomes "English QWERTY, Russian ЙЦУКЕН, Swedish QWERTY" and I have to change to the third layout every time I use the virtual keyboard.

I have searched the forum and the wiki. I have tried to remove the layouts and readding them in desired order but they end up sorted alphabetically. Am I overlooking some setting here or is there no way of getting Swedish as the default layout and keeping the others?

Tested on OpenELEC Milhouse build on RPi and Linux x86 32bit.
