Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just installed 14.0 on my iPad and it does not have fusion installer.

I cannot find the file manager option in settings. It is there somewhere I imagine, right? I also have no option to change skins because I know that is an issue with iOS using Gotham. I am new to 14.0 and its appearance.

Any help would be appreciated.
