Does anyone have any advice on how to handle fonts in a gui?
I can get it looking fine in one skin, but if the user changes skin the font sizing gets screwed up.

There isn't a really good answer. I'm hoping at some point addons can include their own fonts, but for now the only thing to do is try and stick with some really basic fonts that all the skins will have. Of course I don't know what those are, but for one of my addons I stuck with font12. That seems to be one basically every skin has in some variation. The only other thing I can think of is to have a separate set of skin files for all the skins (or at least the most popular ones).

I forgot why addons could not include fonts yet. It's been on my wishlist as well because it makes it much easier to add cool optional features to multiple skins.

Righto thanks. I will stick with font12.
It is annoying not having complete control over the UI.

for the record, it's font13
that's the only fontname that's mandatory for all skins.
