Hi
I have media centre (windows) running xbmc (currently not updated to Kodi) and 2 raspberry pi's (to run media to TV's)
1 pi has updated to Kodi but has no movies and tv in the main screen menu?
has the update gone wrong?
any ideas?

That depends entirely on how you updated on the Pi and what distro you used on the Pi.

RaspBMC ?
Look in XBMC > System > System info . . . to find out.
We need far more detailed info on your RPi setups to even begin to help ?

Yours might have done what mine did.
It's adds a new folder .kodi and is suppose to copy or move what was in the .xbmc folder but mine didn't so all I did was copy the contents over and restarted.
