Hi, I was wondering if, where and how one would remap keys on the Amazon Fire TV remote for use with XBMC/KODI.

In particular, I would like the FF/RW buttons to be mapped to Volume Up/ Down and the Back button to be 'Stop'.

So, I have it mapped and volume up/down is working as intended (fullscreen and global), however it isn't actually increasing/decreasing the volume. I've even tried adjusting the slider in the audio menu and it doesn't affect the sound. Volume amp up/down does affect sound, though.

Is this a known issue, or is there possibly some setting I haven't enabled.

No. I haven't really messed with any settings, this is on a recent install of the last version of Gotham.

Fire TV box and Stick don't handle normal volume control for some reason.
