If the freezing if only happening on the fire, I think the trick is to turn off hardware acceleration in kodi on the fire (I think its settings>video>acceleration). See if that works. Happy new year to you too.

Now I'm getting no data found for this channel any suggestions?
And now it froze again it's stuck in the guide can't do anything but restart the kodi...

Since you are running dlna mode (which is fine since you have an hdhr prime) settings like Timeout_WaitForTS_MS and Decoy_FixedDecoysPerLiveStream don't do anything.
Running in dlna mode, serverwmc isn't really doing anything other than giving kodi a url to your tuner device. The screenshot you posted actually looks like what you get in kodi when you try to view a copy protected channel. Is it possible the problem channels are protected? If they are, only wmc will be able to view them, kodi cannot. The most foolproof way of testing this is to make a short recording on the channel then try to play back the wtv in kodi, if it doesn't play the same as the channel its likely copy protection.
On the fire, if you turned off hardware acceleration and it still has troubles then I am not sure what to do next. If you search this sub-forum though, there are threads where people discussed what they did to get Fire working, so I would start there.
