Kodi crashes very often
#1
Hi,
I recently upgrade from XBMC 13 to Kodi and I experienced crashes very often.
The crash can occur when I browse my media library (either native or via plexbmc), change subtitle/audio track during playback, and sometimes it just crashes by itself. I tried to look into the log but couldn't find any trace, below is a recent crash I experienced when I navigate in TV series library:

Hi,

I'm experiencing some crashes too. I have been using the latest version for two days and yesterday it worked flawlessly. Today I was trying to activate the remote app on iOS with no success. Today it started crashing randomly, most often when watching or adjusting audio delay. Coincidence?

I was one really happy user with the 13.2 version but I'd like Atmos support so I went with the 14.

Help is much appreciated!

Thank you all and have a nice weekend!

I have had XBMC for many years, then I used Kodi for a long time now. I had no problems with them until now! It is crashing for no reasons and just shuts down out of the blue for no reasons at all! It is starting to suck now! I do not like the updates they have done to Kodi lately. Only it made it worst! I'm disappointed!

"shutting down out of the blue" usually points to out of date add-ons. So go kick the add-on writers and get them to update the parts you are using.
