since kodi is a multimedia platform
it might be good
if users could submit videos of how tos
they would be maintained on Kodi.tv's Youtube account
Those videos would then be easily accessible from within Kodi
I wouldn't suggest maintaining a playlist of other users videos but to actually upload the video to the kodi account as videos can be changed by users .. the videos should be under control of kodi.tv
videos could be for the core or plugins
step by step but also as short as possible while explaining every step.
