Is helix wip skin repo operational?

I have number of reports zipped skin from github failing to install on linux/Openelec - see Amber for helix thread.

Having a better way of install might help with developement. Can I send a mail to Ronnie/Martijn about this, without subscribing to addons mailing list?

lack of interest basically. the gotham wip repo has been empty for months, so we didn't bother to create one for helix.
