the Zotac BI320 is on sale now at newegg for $112.99 it comes free gift of VGA to HDMI Converter worth $35. It already has a hdmi out so you wont need that unless you want dual output. is this the same box wrxtasy is referring to?

you could buy the box and sell the free gift for $15 on ebay and get the box for sub $100

You need the Win 8.1 edition (U-W2) to get the 64GB SSD + 2GB RAM included. With this Win 8.1 edition you can also internal mount an extra 2.5" SATA3 drive as a companion to the SSD.

That $112.99 Newegg one you linked too is the bare bones edition with no Win 8.1, no 64GB SSD and no RAM. One SATA3 slot only. Amazon now has this at the same price too. Cheap Haswell / Openelec box if you just get 2GB RAM and a small SSD.

I have seen the price of the barebones model drop that low over the holidays and even before. Now if the windows 8.1 with Bing version drops to as low as $150 again then we might be onto something. I would get the full version if it drops as low as $180 personally.
