Try restoring it with itunes and then rejailbreak it.

I can't restore with iTunes, my PC won't recognise it!

Finally got to restore the device and re jailbreak! The problem was the micro USB connection at the back of the ATV. I had to fiddle with it and hold it in place during restore! Problem solved!
