Linux Problems turning on HTPC by IR receiver

Your Os is running on the sandisk ?

With the changes i ask, does the remote work (it should, from what i can read in lsmod/dmesg)?

If you replace the remote by a keyboard/mouse, does it work as expected ?

Anyway, your remote is perfectly reconize by the system, what i dont understand is your
"cat /proc/acpi/wakeup"..., which doesnt reflect your lsusb

When I boot into a GRMl and chroot into Ubuntu, /proc/acpi/wakeup looks like the following:

Quote:130 root@grml /mnt # cat /proc/acpi/wakeup Sad

As said before, testing hibernating at the moment.
HTPC not power on by remote. Tipping some keys on the keyboard powers the HTPC on.
