[split] Update FFMPEG To Support ATSC Closed Captions

it's not possible to also load old fashion teletext subtitles in the subtitles list? (Like with closed captions subs) VLC adds them to available subtitles normally.
I know you can just enable teletext and go to the page but:
a) it's a lot simple to just enable subtitles
b) you can't access teletext easily while you're playing a recording, only with live tv so you can't actually play them with recordings

Teletext activates with the V key on files and recordings here.

I didn't know that, thanks
But it's still really difficult to access them with a remote. Even harder in recordings because you have to map a key only to enable teletext and you don't acuti alla know if they exists and in what page.

Also sometimes they lose sync as described here:

But that's probably another problem unless you can do the same you do with closed captions and parsing them directly
