Hi all,

I'm currently running openelec on a Asus Chromebox. I'm now looking to expand on the functionality of the device and use it to it's potential.

I'd like it to primarily be used for Kodi, but would like to make use of a fully featured torrent client running in the background. Also if possible take advantage of steam in house streaming of possible.

What Linux build would be most suitable for my needs but also provide a stable and good performance?

im doing that on a hp chromebox. run transmission from openelec addons, transmission from xbmc addons. Thats it, you have a torrent client running in the background.

I've tried transmission, but I couldn't get the remote app to work with it on android. Hence why I'm looking for an alternative client, like utorrent or vuze. I'd like the ability to download torrents from my phone, from anywhere.
