It is seen in these latest builds, but for some reason, these latest builds have ( for me ) a really really slow channel change which makes it difficult to use.
Also ( I am using VDR ), w_scan does not seem to find HD channels.

This is openelec on RPI, by the way

If the channel switch time got slower 21 days ago, then it's probably this:
https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/6036

Note this needs a fix to report the correct mime type in the PVR add-on, so best report the issue in the PVR add-on thread.

Has VDR fixed the correct mime type for this?

Manythanks

VNSI has its own demuxer and is certainly not affected by the linked PR.

Thanks fernetmenta- problem must be elsewhere?

As an aside, I am using an August t210 dvb t2 tuner ( V2)

otherwise seen as geniatech t203.

because of this slow channel changing I am using it in a patched build of the earlier ( 3.17) kernel.

works fine, but w_scan cannot find any HD channels.?

this thread - http://openelec.tv/forum/71-pvr-live-tv/...mitstart=0 - points to (possibly) some possible problem with the search protocol?

Have you had any reports of this using VDR?

Many thanks
