I learned something today in that when you change the content of TV programs to none and then back to TV programs and use TVDB as scraper (to force a total refresh) and using DVD order, the naming of certain programs with double episodes in one file such as the very first episode of stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, star trek TNG, DS9, and Enterprise are not named correctly and some episodes end up missing altogether or just slightly out of order. Reason I used DVD order was for Firefly.
Best thing to do is not use DVD order for the global scrap, but rather, go back and use DVD order only on the individual program using instructions as per the wiki.
I hope this helps someone to keep from pulling out as much hair as I did this morning.
