i bought this box to use on an old tv in our kitchen. I specifically bought because it had an av out which would hook to the tv. When I insert the connector all the way, I get no picture and no sound. When I pull it out a little, I get the picture, but no sound. I assume it is a defective box, but I wanted to see if there is anything I can check/do, before I look at returning.
