Linux Kodi TheTVDB scanning streaming sources?
#1
Hi everyone,

I recently installed Kodi 14.0, and have found that TheTVDB scraper is scanning all kinds of streaming services, like Moshi TV, etc, and it's taking forever! Gotham didn't do this, but Kodi seems to. Is there a way to tell TheTVDB scraper not to do this?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
XBMC Setup: 6 x Zotac ION ITX boxes with SSDs running XBMCbuntu Frodo, 1 x Windows running XBMC Gotham, 1 x Raspberry Pi running Kodi Helix (8 total XBMC / Kodi boxes - One for every room, including the bathrooms!), all talking to a central server with 10TB of double parity RAID protected storage.

I got this when I accidentally set the content one folder up from where my TV shows are.

So if the path is (/DISK/FILES/TV/) I would normally set the content on the TV folder. I accidentally set the content to the FILES folder and it scraped the TV folder as Moshi TV (which contains hundreds of files) and confuses the crap out of the scraper.

Not working for me. My path for my 3 TV show folders are as follow and display as moshi TV on 3 different setups. Any idea it was not like this on older setups.
/3TB1/TV1/
/3TB2/TV2/
/3TB3/TV3/

Movies are set up as follows and working just fine.

/3TB1/Movie1/
/3TB2/Movie2/
/3TB3/Movie3/

I did manage to sort this out. It was a bit of a manual process, but it involved getting rid of some plugins that I didn't want.
