Sorry if i am not in the rules, but i have a question about ios app

I know by reading several times that ios app will never be avaiable because apple did not apply to free software, so it will never go to the AppStore

But now i discover this app that installs itself from a website, so isnt it possible to do the same with kodi, i only jailbreak my ipad because of this app

nope - install from website is only possible be missusing a enterprise certificate. Apple would revoke this cert in no time...
