Ive installed Kodi on my 2012 Macbook Air but it won't let me add a source , it gives me an error message saying no network connection. Can anyone help ?

No question that there is a learning curve here and it takes time. But there is a wiki that is not too bad, and wgstarks provided a link that will explain how to provide a debug log. Good luck!
