Is there a way to make my kodi system behave like a streamer when using the plex APP and the youtube APP on my android phone ?

I tries enabling Airplay and uPnp in kodi, but Plex never sees kodi as a player to cast ? I was able to make it work with an Ipad with airplay, but the ipad was not mine.

So is there a way "register" kodi as a player for the plex app on a phone. I know localcast can do it, but it's not even close to the real plex experience.

I have multiple TV's with chromecasts and roku at home so plex is really helpful for my GF and kids, but in my "man-cave" I want more from my media player but still let my familly cast from the plex app which they use everyday
