Some of the movies in my collection will not play. They are .mp4 format. If I click on them it shows working and then nothing. I am not sure how to fix this issue because most .mp4 will work.
I am running kodi 14 on a brand new windows 8.1 system I bought last night solely to run kodi. Any one have any ideas?

kodi log uploader is script error

you don't get any e-mail link and no window pops up with an ID number, then the site xbmclogs.org might be down and you might need to manually copy/paste your log file to http://pastebin.com instead. See Log file/Advanced#Location for how to locate the log file manually.

Did you try and play the file? I didn't see it in the log.

Also, if you turn off library updates at startup your next log will be much smaller and easier to read. So disable your Library Updates at startup. Exit Kodi. Re-open Kodi and try to play the problem file. Exit Kodi. Upload Log. Then feel free to re-enable your library updates at startup.
