first of all: I'm not that an expert in computers and stuff like this (and when my english looks bad - I'm German
)
I wanted to stream my music to my network receiver (Onkyo TX-8050).
here is my problem: I have activated UPnP in Kodi. When I navigate to the music library and press 'play to' Kodi shows me the Onkyo TX-8050. But when I click it the music won't stream to it. Sometimes a failure alert appears.
I checked other network functions on the receiver and they worked. When I use the streaming options of Windows Media Player it works. But not in Kodi.
What could be the problem/solutions?
Btw: I have Win 8.1 installed.
