Hi Guys

I want to add a few streamers to play previously recorded programs from WMC (win8). Does Kodi play the .wtv files OK and is there any metadata?

Welcome!

Yes, Kodi plays wtv files. If you use ServerWMC it will pass most of the metadata available to WMC. Recordings are available under the TV menu.
