I want to request an interface between live TV and normal python add-ons.
Over 2/3 of the German TV stations have extensive online content and 20 channels have an interface to deal with crids. This would enable the user to rewatch already passed programs without the hassle to navigate through the actual add-on.
I want to request an interface between live TV and normal python add-ons.
- Add-ons could be launched from the EPG, to request additional videos for the selected tv program. This could be an entry in the context menu, calling the add-on with the name, time and EIT data (like the crid) of the program (eg. plugin://plugin.video.$addonname/?mode=call_from_epg&name=$NAME&time=$TIME&crid=$CRID).
- Additional informations and thumbnails could be requested from an add-on
- Add-ons could search the EPG (for names or crids)
