The debug build is using the latest available pvr.mythtv add-on, v1.11.4, from tip of master xbmc-pvr-addons. I'm not sure why people are claiming it is version 1.12 unless we're talking about completely different addons?

The debug build also includes this extra xbmc-pvr-addons pull request:

I would suggest opening an issue on the xbmc-pvr-addons github, but the issues functionality is disabled (so annoying).

Try contacting an xbmc-pvr-addons developer (opdenkamp, Jalle19 etc.) and show them the crashlog, perhaps it will ring some bells.
