I'm almost certain I did this to myself somehow: every time I play a video it's interrupted by the "download subtitles" dialog, which has 'opensubtitles.org' written on it. Disabling subtitles doesn't stop the auto-loading from happening and I have no idea how to turn this feature off. Does anyone know how I can stop this from happening? Much appreciated.

It's a Raspberry Pi B+ running OpenElec.
