I have an Android TV box. Model rk31sdk made by Rockchip. Android version 4.2.2 (Jelly Bean). ARMv7 quad 4

I downloaded and installed Kodi 14.1 (3 times). After install when I start Kodi it goes through its normal thing for the first run and then exits.

I cannot restart it. Once or twice th Kodi splash screen came up then went away. Mostly it is just a blank screen

I had TVMC installed and it ran OK. I removed it since it uses XBMC v13 and I wanted to install the new Kodi

Any ideas?

Check your memory a lot of Androids run out of it.

Thanks but I checked. Plenty of memory. TVADDONS which is Kodi underneath runs fine

I'm having the same problem with my TRONSMART MK908II and my maxwell bq tablet 7 "


I spent the weekend trying out versions of kodi .... finally is operating in my TRONSMART MK908II.
