I've so far moved four posts to the bin and refused to answer questions or requests on numerous other posts... and that's just one skin.

The information part from: http://forum.kodi.tv/forumdisplay.php?fid=111 is for Support, so it makes sense to add it to the Skins sub-forum as well. I've been asked about Genesis over 30 times this year.

The existing policy isn't really working, I hate to say it but it's not.

Edit: It might also be good to introduce this to the add-on sections as well.

My 2 cents: Check how much we move to the garbage bin : what we need is better moderating and clearer rules, not more notices.
