Dear friends,
Somehow my OSD keyboard in Kodi lost all the letters, however when I type on my keyboard, the program will work fine even though nothing is shown on the osd. I reset my android box to factory settings but this problem persisted even after this was done. Can please someone tell me how to overcome this problem or completely reset kodi to initial settings?

Make sure the skin you're using has been adapted for Helix.
In the meantime, switch back to Confluence to enter text.

Thank you for your help, but as I am new to xbmc/kodi I would appreciate it if you explain to me step by step your suggestions. Thank you very much, but you have to excuse my ignorance in this subject.

Ive got the same problem. If you go to system, appearance at the top and click on skin at top and change to confluence it reverts back to original. Problem for me is i lose all my favourites etc and start from scratch. V annoying!

Yeah, well ask the author of the skin you are using to update to Helix.
