I downloaded Bello from the GitHub link.

I receive an error "Dependencies not met, please contact Author"

I am using Kodi.TV

Did you install from zipfile or simply copied the folder to the appdata folder?
Otherwise check if you have the required addons installed.

I have followed everything in the FAQ and it's still not showing in the skin list and if I try to install from zip it says "Dependencies not met".

Is there a way to get a human readable log of what is happening ?

Actually, installing from zip file works then it says do you want to use skin, I click yes and it says "Skin is missing some files"

Same problem for me to after updating to OpenElec 5.0.5 (Kodi 14.2 Beta 2).
Bello seems to have been removed from the repository list too. I hope it makes it back, as it's my favourite skin by far.

skin is incompatible because it relies on stuff that is not in repo.

I also want to urge you to remove dependencies because adding 16 is plain unacceptable.
Adding a weather addon is not acceptable. So insist you remove several unneeded!.
